It later evolved into Lobban Hyde &amp; Co. in 1977 and Joseph Hyde &amp; Co. in 1990. Founded by Mr. Harry Dodoo, Mr. William Drummond Lobban, and Mr. Joseph N. A. Hyde, the firm&#8217;s legacy of excellence and innovation was laid.<\/p><p>In 2005, Lobban Hyde strategically merged with Oduro Adiyah &amp; Osei, a prominent Ghanaian accounting firm, forming MGI Hydefynn &amp; Osei, which included six Ghanaian Partners, significantly enhancing Lobban Hyde&#8217;s capabilities and industry reach.<\/p><p>In 2011, the firm underwent restructuring, rebranding as Lobban Hyde Chartered Accountants, positioning itself as a reputable and competitive alternative to the global BIG 4 firms.
